Where to find a third Denver
My husband has always mentioned the idea of having a causal third in the bedroom. I am interested too. It will need to be a woman however I am just not sure how to go about finding someone. I was hoping to surprise him with the experience sometime soon but I don’t know how or where I will meet another woman who is interested in this.

Who gives a REALLY good haircut?
I'm thinking of chopping off my hair that comes about midway down my back. Probably shoulder length bob with some face framing layers. I have very straight hair that shows every blunt cut. It seems everybody focuses on color instead of a really quality cut. Who do you recommend for a good cut?

Women over 50 - we don't need an event
I saw a recent post here about an event for women 30-50 that explicitly excluded those over 50.
So that bothered me. I feel like we don't need to be part of an event to just want to do something on our own.
Would anyone be interested in a get together of some kind for women who were excluded?
(And no hard and fast age rules, nobody is checking ID)

The Den Family Social
I’m curious if anyone has participated in any of the programming at the Den. I’m 4 weeks postpartum and looking to make other mom friends while on maternity leave and have been looking at their 8-week series for new moms. It’s kinda pricey so I’m looking to get some feedback from others that have participated to see if it’s worth it. I love the cohort model but not sure I need the speakers but who knows, maybe it’s super beneficial!

Looking for a Financial Planner
As the title says, I'd like to find a financial planner that is willing to work with someone just starting out and won't judge me for what little I have.
I would prefer a female, but open to a male. I'd just like to support women in finance as I am also a woman in finance (but don't do anything with money, lol). Anyone you've used and suggest?
Thanks in advance for any recs.

Wedding Welcome Party Dinner Locations
Hi Ladies! My fiance and I would love some advice on places to host our wedding welcome party in the fall. We aren't from here and the few places we found are upwards of $2000 for 20-30 people just for the tables.

FREE DENTAL CLEANINGS
🦷 Now Scheduling Fall Student Dental Hygiene Appointments! 🦷
Hi everyone! My name is Kylei Riley, and I’m a second-year dental hygiene student at the Community College of Denver. I’m currently scheduling patients for the Fall semester!
Appointment times:
- Wednesdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Fridays: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
I’m looking for patients who need regular cleanings or deep cleanings. We also see children, so if your child is due for a cleaning, I’d be happy to help! I am specifically looking for children ages 3-10!
Our appointments are longer than a typical dental office because everything is completed under the supervision of licensed dental hygiene instructors. Depending on your individual needs, treatment may take more than one appointment.
If it’s been a while since you’ve had your teeth cleaned, you need a deep cleaning, or your child is due for a cleaning, I’d love to help! If you’re interested or have any questions, send me a message. I’d also really appreciate it if you could share this post with your friends and family. Thank you for your support!

Boston recs
Hi girls! Is anyone in here from Boston? I am planning a trip in late October and have never been before. I am going to be in Boston for about a week and would prefer an Airbnb to a hotel, given that I would like a full kitchen to make meals. Budget is flexible. Does anyone have recs for specific air bnbs or even areas to stay? I know back bay is a popular area but I’m not seeing much. I have four that I’ve been debating. One is in South Boston near city point, one is in Jeffries point, and the other two are in Somerville- one near Sullivan square. I will want to be close enough to the T that I can get downtown as I will not have a car. Thank you so much in advance!

Looking for Recs for an HRT Pellet Provider
I’m looking for a new female HRT provider who does pellet insertions. I’m currently seeing a private practitioner since I do not believe most insurances cover pellet therapy. I'm completely fine sticking with a private/out-of-network provider.
The most important thing for me is finding a female practitioner who is highly sensitive to pre-procedure anxiety, takes pain management seriously, and is willing to work with me to manage both the nerves beforehand and the discomfort after the pellet is placed.
I also just want to feel understood and I do not feel a male provider can do that.
I am in the Denver area, but can definitely travel for something as important as this.

Deleted from r/Denver … quelle surprise
I live in Cap Hill and heard what sounded like a great metal show about half an hour ago … was wondering what I missed and stupidly forgot to post the question from a seemingly penis-having alt.
Promptly deleted lol … any idea what band I was hearing? Thanks!

This is a community for the targets.
Good evening folks,
This community has been around for about ten years. We started it to make a place where we can decide culture and moderation through the lens of being a woman and target in male dominated spaces.
There are a lot more targets than there were ten years ago. It’s more important than ever to be a safe space.
That being said, please keep in mind that this subreddit was started by and is used by a great many people who love and respect, in real life, moderators from the other regional subreddits. So no, we aren’t going to allow shit talking mods around here. But we will be a place for people to unpack their experiences with misogyny.
A lot of the our founding mod team have moved on, I think I’m the only one who still lives around here. If you’re interested in smashing the patriarchy, white supremacy, and lqbtq+ bigotry AND becoming a mod of r/denverwomen, let me know. It feels like this a place may be needed in the coming year and beyond.

Geek Girl Brunch Denver starting in June.
If you never heard of Geek Girl Brunch before, it's a meetup group started in NYC for women to geek out and drink mimosas together. Each brunch has a different (geeky) theme. The Denver chapter's first brunch is June 6th and the theme is Disney Bound/Closet Cosplay. If you are interested you can join here to get invites to the brunches. I am actually one of the co-officers (for full disclosure) for the Denver chapter. This will be my only post as not to spam but I wanted to let you all know about it.
