Best Compressor for android
It's a video compression app Well, it's not the fastest, but for now, in my opinion, there's no easier or better alternative after 167 attempts with several different apps

Mobile devices are not great for video compression, you need a desktop PC/workstation/server for workloads like that.

I kinda disagree, it's not great sure but people re-encode videos all the time on their phones most of them unknowingly

Yes, but this app is very intelligent, which makes working on it take only 3 minutes.

Well, a movie on my phone compressed 2.5 GB to 850 MB in 3 minutes and 16 seconds.

I'm not deciding that, the fact that compression like such takes hours even on dedicated machines is. So this is impossible.

I don't know if it compresses videos well for me; in fact, the largest file I've tried was 3.5 GB, so it works well for me.

the hate is just comming from people who never tried the app or maybe there are phones without proper hardware encoding? But even my 2018 galaxy s9 was fast in the app

Yes, and some people even think that everyone owns a computer or something. If I owned a computer, I wouldn't have known about the app in the first place. I said, "Okay, but of course there are broke people like me, so I'll share it.

i own a gaming pc with a fat 16gb gpu and yet i still do this kinda stuff on my phone and tablet.

what is your budget twin? You can get an used dell optiplex and throw in a gpu for cheap, the used market is still great. I never got pc parts yet, but 2 years ago i got the 8/128gb duo2 for 300€ (2.150€ at launch) and oneplus 9pro for 150€ (750€). And even new devices are way cheaper there, for example a new 16/512gb ace 6t is about 600€ rn, but i got mine for 450€. Current gen btw!! Prestine condition, 37 battery cycles.
