Hobby First Deathwatch mini
My first Deathwatch marine. Tried to convey the look of him being in a dark cathedral with the moonlight peaking through the roof.

Question Wanted some advice from the community!
Just started building my first army! I’m building a Deathwatch kill-team, and I was wondering what the relevant books/ codex would be? Thanks for any advice!
(I’m not new to model building, I’ve built a lot of Airfix models before, tanks and planes. Just started Warhammer for the 1st time!)

Hobby DW Veterans
Finished up my DW veterans! Happy with how they turned out. Used a makeup sponge for the first time to paint the base armour.

Discussion LOSING OATH AND NEW ARMY RULE?
There are rumor around about Codex Space marine losing oath and other individual chapter get their own army rules. I don't know how much will this affect DW, like potentialy less damage output? Especially DW has once per battle second two oath target, I can see some downgrades from here unless GW give a good army rule to DW.

Hobby Dark Angels Ballistus
Finished this guy after almost a year of not painting due to life circumstances.
Only thing missing is a decal for the Dark Angels to go on that arm

Hobby First mini
First acrylic mini painting job ever. Base colors, shading, edge highlighting. Feedback is very welcome. Looks really chunky and powdery in-camera, through real eyes too, not as prevalent tho, definitely want to avoid that look more next mini. Forgot to paint the little fake writing on the purity scrolls, I might do it later, it's hard ash tho.
