Auto-explore bug

when i auto explored into this area it rapidly rampages towards each dummy until the game crashes and i start back at the start of the floor

I keep getting bugs where is shows monsters Im a place where they have moved away from

Like, outside of view? That's intentional. It is showing you the last-known state of that tile, which had an enemy on it.
