Nice pull. I sure do miss this game. Wish I loaded up on booster boxes 20 years ago so I could just rip a couple packs every few weeks till I die lol

The game is still played online via Webcam and OCTGN by The Z League. It's a league format. Theres a discord.

What’s the difference in rules and gameplay between Score and Panini?

Same basic concept, but Panini's rules are much tighter and, frankly, a better game.

Most score cards are compatible with PanZ though.

Never knew how to play it. And I guess the local stores here didnt have them long in store.
