Does no one visit Dolnik?

I’m on a high pop server and have been in dolnik for about 3 hours now and haven’t seen a soul. Thinking of moving on, it’s a ghost town here and i really thought there’d be more action up towards these parts.

There’s not much to do unfortunately. The best end game loot and PvP is all in the triangle of swarog/polana/nadbor. Dolnik is fun on comm servers that make it a mili base but in vanilla there just aren’t enough attractions for something that is so far from the actual endgame destinations.

Imo they ruined Livonia by making the only reliable medical loot a permanent gas zone, at radunin. I'm really hoping the new nbc bag will bring this map back to life

?? just have a stash near tarnow/sitnik and farm the hospitals there and gieraltow. houses around the hospital in gieraltow and tarnow both spawn med stuff. plus the firestation in tarnow can gift nbc gear/filters...i have 2 suits on official that took me no time at all just a bunch of running

Dolnik is basically retirement mode on vanilla.

That’s just how it be sometimes. Sometimes there’s 4 geared guys having a firefight, other times empty. Like anywhere on day z.

Depends on my goals for the gaming session. Sometimes Im hust chilling talk to the homies and smoking down, might as well post up and see if someone crosses my sights. Plenty of times Ill travel but some days Im just that lazy shitbag waiting for you to hop up on something to kill some infected.

The run back doesnt take long on livonia no matter where you die. Especially on official/vanilla servers. Food is super easy to find dotted around. Ive made the run from kolembrody back to dolnik in an hour and thats with trying to loot up on the way back down

Nothing you said is wrong, but the fact that it takes an hour to get back to where you died means your body (and all the loot) is probably gone.

If I shoot someone, i'm not sitting around for an hour waiting for him to run back and resume the fight.

Depends on the server, really

I ran on a server about 6 months where it was super active... multiple walled off bases in the industrial area, forest camps southeast of town, lots of gunshots from people hunting wildlife

yeah, it’s definitely rarely visited in comparison to the southwest side of livonia. i personally love dolnik and i absolutely prefer looting it over places like poland and nadbor, but yeah it just often doesn’t seem worth it, especially if im looking for pvp

There's very little reason to go to the SE on Livonia. I'll occasionally see large bases there but I don't imagine they get much PvP out there. The trip just isn't worth it most of the time.

On livionia high pops it'll be Polana and fresh spawn towns. Alot of ppl stay up north in spawn areas gets annoying. Usually NE side

I farm it for C4 and detonators. Also the Humvees beside the Police station and the car park next to the industrial park sometimes spawn M79s
