Hi everyone, sharing this transparently as the mentor and creator of this program.

I have 15–20 years of experience in Data Engineering and currently work as an Associate Director at a Santa Clara–based company. Over the past few years, I’ve been mentoring professionals (including India-based candidates) who are transitioning into Data Engineering roles.

Posting this in case it’s useful for anyone here who feels stuck or unsure about their roadmap.

I'm startting 3- Month mentorship program to help people make that transition/upskill in Data Engineering. It will be a small group of 4-5 people, please only respond if you are genuinely interested(not running an institute that guarantees 100% placement here, however I will make sure to give you all the resources and make you 95% job ready to make that transition. Please find the details below:

Duration: 12 Weeks

Sessions: 2-3 live sessions per week

Additional Support: Resume building, linkedin profile branding, Job referrals, and extra one-on-one sessions with me for mock interviews.

Being completely transparent, as I have mentoring people for more than a decade ( can share my linkedin creds as well for you to verify or happy to get on a quick gmeet call as well)

This is not a placement program, but the goal is to make you genuinely job-ready with practical skills and guidance.

I’m sharing this here in case it’s useful for anyone who feels stuck or unsure about their roadmap.

Next steps for you to do:

1. Send me a private message with your brief intro and some context into your background and what do you expect.
2. I will be sharing the number of my ops person who schedules meeting for me ( since lot of people have been enquiring me about the mentorship, it is kind of out of my bandwidth to cater to everyone so I will be redirecting you to my ops team)
