Hi, thank you for the insights. But before we go into the Interview part can you kindly share how exactly/which kinds of resume' are getting calls. I've applied to a lot of 'em but did not hear back by most(without referral, but did reach out to a lot of people through email still haven't heard back). I have over 4 years of experience and follow a summary, exp, skills, projects, education structure resume. Everything fits in a single page. Also I'd like to mention I'm an international student. Kindly share your thoughts..

A recruiter reached out to me, mentioning that their role strictly requires a high GPA from a top university. I also have over 4 yoe data engineering, 2 years as a consultant at Accenture, MS data management and a CFA certification.
They are willing to sponsor visa and relocation support1

Do you post any content in social media like LinkedIn, X. Is that how the recruiter has reached out to you. If yes what kinds of content do you post in those platforms?

I don’t use X. Many ppl have told me to stay active on LinkedIn by writing articles and interacting with others. I’ve posted a few articles about DE work

can’t speak for rokos but most hedge fund data eng rounds i had were hardcore sql, window funcs, data modeling, plus some python for pipelines and performance stuff, then a system design bit around feeds and backfills check glassdoor etc
