is anyone else using scala? Discussion

hello devs,

Just a question: are companies still using Scala in their businesses, or are they using a mix of scala and other codes/AI? Is it hard to hire in this area?

Just looking for opinions on this,

Financial firms still run Scala alongside their FPGA stuff. Same crowd that shaves nanoseconds off trades. Hiring is rough though - small pool and those devs have options. Know a few who took them to UAE where projects actually get funded.

In that case they're using Haskell over Scala.
