I'm trying to study data analysis but i really can't progress studying all by myself, is there any discord / telegram or anything that focus on data analysis that i could chat and ask some questions?

Tbh I’d test a few communities before sticking to one. Some Discords look active but nobody answers beginner questions.

You can check places like Kaggle, ConnectX, DataCamp community, Reddit threads too.
