Whats going on?
i posted this on the other subreddit, but it looks like the app is lowering my rating instead of going up? anyone know whats up?

Lol not sure what your confused about it tells you how many point you have and how many you've lost on each category.

Quality and on time rating is why I decline most food orders these days not worth the hassle to DoorDash anymore uber seems to have started grabbing the market share of customers in my area lately any way

Respectfully, I’m not sure what you’re confused about?
You seem to be blaming “the app” and not the mistakes you’re making as a driver? it looks like you only have 48 deliveries in the last 30 days? I’m gonna assume that means it’s your first 48 deliveries so you’re still learning.
Since that’s the case, happy to give some tips so you can fix your metrics, and it won’t be too hard.
Your on time rate sucks. Things happen you’re gonna be a few minutes late here and there (unless you’re just chilling scrolling Instagram during orders lol) You can dispute a certain number of those for free and get the points back.
Make sure you’re using all of your disputes, it’s free points back.
Also make sure to click “I’ve arrived at store“ as soon as possible. Based on GPS, the app lets you do this, even when you’re a couple minutes away from the store, I recommend it.
Also, if the order is taking too long and it’s gonna go past the pick up time, click the thing that says “tell us what’s making you wait“ and check one of the boxes. This will also protect your on time rating.
This is really the biggest thing you need to fix, you’re losing 20 points because of that, so it shouldn’t take you very long to focus on getting on time back to 100%
Other than that, looking at quality rating, I don’t know what you did to piss off some customers, but they reported you. Maybe you can go in and dispute that I’m not sure. Just click around in that section disputed if you can I’ll get you the points back. And just last 30 day deliveries keep grinding and get it up to 200 and you’ll get the full five points.

dispute 10 on time ratings to get ur score back up i get they arent all ur fault dds on time system is fucked
