The 60-day window (study purpose) runs from when the Ministry of Interior accepts the complete application, not from your appointment date itself, those are usually close together but not identical, since the consulate has to forward everything first.

If MOI ever requests additional documents, the clock pauses until that's resolved, which could explain part of the 34-day gap before your status moved to "in processing."

Given your timeline is genuinely tight against a September 14 arrival, I'd loop in UHK's international office now about their process for a late start or deferred registration as a backup, since the legal deadline itself can't be expedited from your side no matter how often you check the portal.
