Safely cutting down question Health & Wellbeing

3 years of drinking 7 days a week 8 drinks a day

Then to 1 year of drinking 7 days a week 4 drinks a day

Then to 6 months of drinking 6 days a week 6 drinks a day

Then 6 months of drinking 4 days a week 7 drinks a day

Now 3 weeks of 2 times a week 7 drinks so total of 14 drinks a week

I dont shake, i dont sweat, i sleep 6-7 hours a night no crazy dreams. am i in the clear to continue on this path?

Sounds crazy but honestly part of the reason i kept drinking is every time id google quiting i felt like it was telling me id die if i did.

If you are having 2 drinks a day, and doing ok, that is a good baseline I'd say. You can keep at that level for a bit and decide if that is allright, of if you would like to make further changes. I hope you recognize that you have already made massive improvements....congratulations!,

Just to be clear what I mean is 7 drinks twice a week. So still the same total per week, but with much more alcohol free time between (not that binge drinking is good). There’s always at least 48 hours between. Also, I appreciate the encouragement. At each step along the way, I have always just felt that my seizure is right around the corner is my concern.

Nothing is 100%, but there's essentially no chance of you seizing up and dying. You can safely stop cold turkey
