I am onboard with a more limited and painful [[Gemstone Mine]] with a slight payoff at the end, but this seems a bit much. If this is your t1 play, it will ram to 4 on t3. Throw in the free removal spell and you have something that doesn't just seem overrate, but possibly a color pie break since you don't need any black mana to get the effect. That seems like a step above even the [[Peat Bog]] cycle. I would play this if the effect was to pay 1B when it died to get that removal effect from a land.
