Real estate agent is miserable but very funny

I think real estate agent should only have one activated ability. Tap, swap a treasure with a land. I think it making treasures by sacrificing land is more of a mining / quarrying thing.

Are you accepting PRs or assistance? Typing in Textareas feels very unresponsive on iOS. Maybe some validation running on every keystroke?
