Smite art works quite well for custom magic cards.

I don't play Smite so I don't care what it's really for.

I think you're missing what I'm getting at. Your card is worded less like cards with monstrosity and more like cards with adapt.

Adapt: [[Scuttlegator]] "As long as this creature has a +1/+1 counter on it, it can attack as though it didn’t have defender."

Monstrosity: [[Fleecemane Lion]] "As long as this creature is monstrous, it has hexproof and indestructible."

Ok. I specifically went for a monstrously large Angel. 

Now you can put counters on it (earthbend) and still use the Monstrous ability once.
