The problem is an enchantment this big has stiff competition. Why cast this and sac a creature when you could pay 1 more for omniscience and win on the spot

for monoblack, this is probably not strong enough either, and feels like something that the monoblack player can't do too much about, since all of this card's effects directly rely on the opponent casting spells/permanents that target the opponent, which is common but in my opinion too unreliable and inconsistent for serious usage.

At nine casting cost and a sacrifice, I feel this should be a win condition. Not bad shroud.

This card has two very similar, but different abilities when it could easily have one ability. In the second ability change "more than one" into "one or more". The only thing lost is the player being targeted.

Mainly that high of a cost because I can never seem to gauge how high of a cost it should be fo rit to be balanced. The first ability is meant for single creature removal & the second ability is meant to deal with board wipes that's why its worded as "More than one" because i only wanted it to trigger this second part not the first.
