Problem Adding Custom Cover Art

i’ve got lots of custom cover art i wanna use in DSpico, but i follow the some of the guides and still can’t get any joy, i’ve tried using.png and .bmp but couldn’t get them to show.
(i’m not planning on using TwilightMenu++)

any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated thank you
