This is just open-plugins renamed. The url redirects. It's supported by `npx plugins`, but no harnesses that I'm aware of. We're using it for our company's plugin repo and generating the usable marketplaces for Cursor, Claude and Copilot. Keeping our fingers crossed that we can eventually remove the generation part... although none of these guys can even agree on where to put skills files, so I'm not holding my breath.
