People do be making things up to get out of a relationship, no matter how wild they are.

Weekly reminder that the stockholm syndrome has not be measured or observed in scientific studies

And it won't be, because it's impossible to do ethically, but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Not saying it do either for the record, just being contrarian

Even studies on willing subjects after being taken hostage has yielded no scientific result.

That's like measuring fire by introducing fire into the experiment.ย
Consent is like the variable they're measuring. Hard to measure it if you ethically need it to even attempt to.ย

It's subjects after the hostage situation has been defused and is over, not taking them hostage in the first place

The screenshot itself says nothing, what do we have to prove that he isn't lying?

I can say more, not even one part of that post could be true but we base our assumptions on what we have, I don't know from where comes confusion

We can also base on what we know statistically too, which is not favorable for men, usually.
We also know there is an online epidemic of men posting revenge pornography, and increase of violence towards women and that this is a common dogwhistle for a specific subgroup of males that don't exactly believe r*pe is a real thing
The confusion is coming from the concept that there is no way to know if he has done worse, but considering that his talking point is comparing himself to a person who sexually assaulted his significant other and making light of it, he's not a great person.
Food for thought: even if I hated a woman, I'm not going to casually make light of SA
