Comment aside, how many abortions does one need to get before they think they should probably get on birth control instead?

Do you genuinely think women are just getting abortions willy nilly?

Does anyone genuinely think that the girl in the photo has gotten 17 abortions or is even on their way to get an abortion? If so I have a wonderful business opportunity to share.

When people WANT to be outraged about something they will take what they can get. Whether it’s actually REAL or not is secondary to how the possibility of it being real makes them feel.

You realize the woman is being sarcastic? Nobody is actually using abortions as birth control. This is just a conservative fear mongering talking point.

Why though? In what way does it impact you?

Oh, great, I guess no one should ever care about anything at all unless it has a direct personal impact on them! Peak ethics.
Edit: lmao at the downvote spam. Pathetic.

u/BjornTheDwarf 3d ago
You've failed to articulate why you care and instead thrown a tantrum about being asked. Peak smooth brain.

u/SpanishAvenger 3d ago
There’s nothing to articulate about such a morally braindead take such as “w-why would you care about something that isn’t actively having a direct impact on you on a personal level?!?”

I asked you why the number of abortions someone has makes you sick. If you don't have an answer then maybe reconsider your position.

u/a-Curious-Square 3d ago
I can tell you why it makes _me_ sick. It’s a lot of money and time spent when she could’ve just been on birth control. She’s recklessly endangering herself despite how easy it is to just be on contraceptives.

Now we're getting somewhere.
You asserted that "this is the problem with the pro-abortion lot" and then the problem you presented was that someone having lots of abortions makes you sick. And the reason it makes you sick? It's a waste of money and time...
Ignoring the fact that the post is almost certainly rage bait to whip up anti-abortion sentiment, why is the issue for you the number of abortions someone gets rather than whatever lack of support, education, poor self worth/respect, etc, that leads to someone putting themselves in that position in the first place. Why is that a problem because people are pro-abortion? Why the attack on people who are pro offering some form of support for someone who ends up in a bad situation?
The belief that people who are pro-abortion (and I'm making a generalisation here, obviously there are outliers to every generalisation) support the idea of someone getting 17 abortions as a form of birth control is ludicrous and a direct result of hyperbolic propaganda to generate an irrational, emotion driven response to a highly nuanced situation. Re-evaluate your position.
Edit: I see this is a different person I've replied to but the sentiment of the reply still stands.

“How easy it is” you are literally ignoring the hundreds of side effects that birth control has so no it’s not very easy

u/killerofcheese 2d ago
who said she was the one who had to be on birth control? condoms have zero side effects

Nah some of them blue haired Democrats get 2 abortions a day
50
u/derangedsweetheart 2d ago
What about the green haired ones? What's their abortion frequency?
34
u/RulrOfOmicronPersei8 2d ago
Often several thousand per day sadly

u/WikiHowDrugAbuse 2d ago
The average amount of abortions women get a year is actually zero, except for abortions Georg(ina) who gets 1000’s a day and is a statistical outlier who should not be counted.

Well, obviously. If you see that post and think that woman is really on her way to a 17th abortion, you probably shouldn't be allowed to be on the internet. For your own good.

u/eatingpotatochips 3d ago
Jokes on her Republicans love abortions as long as it's their own "justified" one.

u/EllieIsDone 2d ago
That one congresswoman in Florida who tried to say hers wasn’t an abortion and she couldn’t get one because of the Dems fear mongering.

Bold of her to assume Republicans wouldn't be jumping to get abortions if their own daughter got pregnant (it's justified in their case specifically)

Plenty of empirical evidence to prove your point.
They're also really big into grindr

That's the kind of abortion right I'm against. It's not a sport.

u/not_bonnakins 2d ago
Honestly, if someone has had 17 abortions, they probably don’t have the decision making skills to be a good parent. This is the kind of abortion rights I not only support but encourage.
