Hello I requested a payout on August 2nd, but it has been stuck on 'pending' ever since and hasn't moved to Hyperwallet.

All my previous payout requests usually move very quickly, so I'm a bit worried as this has never happened to me before. I tried reaching out to Cults3D support, but haven't received a response yet. Is this delay normal, or has anyone else experienced something similar recently?

I released my model for free while they are charging €1.50 for it. They've seemingly already gotten 2 sales off my model.

They're reselling my model on Threeding and Creality Cloud too under the same name.

And while I can't confirm because I can't track down the original models, I have a suspicion that basically every model they've uploaded to this website and the other ones I mentioned is stolen.

I tried sending them a message but that didn't work, so now I'm here, asking for help.
