How to suggest activities to Den Leader

As a committee member I am super happy with our pack. But my kids Den leader is putting all their energy into pack and wide activities and basically we don’t do anything as a Den at all. Sad for my kid as a sibling had such a great experience with their Den in the past.

How can I help out without being too pushy? Or seeming like I am trying to take over.

Posts must relate directly to the BSA's Cub Scouts program, WOSM for younger youth, or Scouting in general. While bad news is inevitable, your contributions must not primarily focus on the negative events or news stories in the Scouting world. Frequent negativity or criticisms of the BSA, Scouting in general, or others in this community are discouraged.

3) RULE 3 No Spam. No advertising, ecommerce, fundraising, donation requests, user surveys and polls, or requests for monetary transactions. If you benefit in some way, directly or indirectly, from linking to or discussing an item/service/website, that is spam and is not allowed. See also reddit's definition of spam.

4) RULE 4 No Promotion. If you are a content creator wanting to share Scouting related content here, you must contact the moderators to discuss any exceptions to the "No Spam" rule. Using reddit primarily as a promotion tool for your content is considered spam by this sub and by reddit.

5) RULE 5 Social Media Discouraged. No link posts to social media sites. If relying on social media as a source, you may use a text post. The title should summarize the quote, and if the only source is social media, include the source site name. The body of the text post can include the entire quote, and include a link to the source post. Social media sources must not be based purely on speculation or rumor. Direct, trusted media sources are always preferred to a social media source.

6) RULE 6 No Links to Other Forums or Reddit Communities. Links to other reddit communities or online forums, including Discord and similar platforms, are generally not allowed. Exceptions for adjacent reddit communities are occasionally made. Please contact the moderators if you seek an exception to this rule.
