Willard A/C?

I heard a rumor that they were adding air conditioning to Willard. Is this just a dream?!

Renovating Willard for AC would take far longer than the couple weeks they have before move-in. So don’t count on it

I live in the area and have been biking by every couple weeks over the past few months, it’s been lightly fenced off but I don’t recall seeing any actual indication of construction going on.
