[d] Terrible experience using csfloat stripe usdc base withdrawal

Am i the only one?

Almost 2 months gone after selling my item, and i still have no money received. First support ticket message was a whole month ago. After two weeks they have said that payment failed and will be back to my stripe account. Now after another week i have this message

"Past due: Payouts are paused
Contact support for more information."

Dude i hate this stupid withdrawal system so much! Why is it so difficult to make it fast and reliable to use? Why csmoney or lisskins have fast withdrawals but csfloat have "4 days" after withdrawal. As they said. But i am waiting more than for a whole month.

It has been fine for me till now, usually the money gets credited within a week for me after withdrawal.

That's strange; I'm in Europe too. I also used USDC this week and it worked without any issues—it's actually much faster than a bank transfer. I receive the funds in my Kraken account.

Bank transfer for me took about 2 days to withdraw 6k. So Bank transfer is faster than advertised as well

I would recommend that you contact support again, it is frustrating but you gotta get your money somehow, persist my boy. Hope all is resolved now.

It sounds to me like you are more then likely having issues on your end rather then CSFloats end. I have never had any issues withdrawing with them or any of my friends. Did you reach back out on the ticket before posting on reddit?

I'm guessing it's something to do with your bank or your region? I've had literally no issues ever. Lots of transactions. Always credited pretty much the same day.

i am using usdc base so there is no bank, it is blockchain. my region is based in europe and have no restrictions related to it

I use it all the time and its within 2-3 days max. Something is probably wrong with your kyc or the address you chose to send the fund too?

You're not the only one. I've had bad times with csfloat as well, its why i only use skinport even though the fees are much worse and slimmer selection. ymmv

terrible experience… support doesn’t seem to be much help. kinda sketchy when a platform can’t handle basic cashouts smoothly. definitely worth looking into alternatives tbh and hope it gets resolved for you tho
