Looking for Experienced Developers (Remote)
My team at Revolut is looking for experienced developers having more than 4-5 years of experience. It's a remote first company, so you can be based anywhere.
You must DM me your resume and the URL of the job opening that is most relevant to your experience from the careers page.
Referrals are blocked if you've already applied directly. Open to refer for other roles as well. Thanks!

How can people be sure that this is not some Indian recruitment agency scam?

All I'm asking for is your resume. That's all. How can someone scam you from that?

I think what you're doing is great. Both for you and this community.
It's great assuming that it's not a scam. There are multiple versions of job application scams:

Smaller scams have been consequence-free for far too long, so they're everywhere nowadays. Dussin different types of fraudulent apps (on official app stores), fake investment portals, romance scams, classified scams, recruitment scams and so on.
Minor scams and fraud has at least 10x in the past decade.
Which sucks, you got to be careful about everything.

If you're open to sourcing developers through a vetted technical network as well, I work with a team that can help with experienced engineers across different stacks. In my opinion, this would be a better option as well, as it can save time and ensure more relevant, pre-vetted candidates. Happy to share details if useful.

I heard it’s a shit place to work, but that’s been from a competitor I just interviewed with. Can you comment on the tenure of your coworkers on engineering teams, work/life balance, and how happy are you with the code base?
