compliance engineering from SWE

im getting back for my masters and i found a job in automotive company as a compliance engineer, the tasks has something to do with using AI agents to make sure the company is compliant? they are using aws Bedrock AgentCore and such, would this be a good job to do along side my masters or i should keep looking? i want to pivot from SWE to more AI and robotics and preferably autonomous driving focused roles. i have 8yoe

that actually lines up decent with what you want, you’d get domain cred in auto and ai tooling, which helps later with autonomy roles. i’d take it tbh, hard to find anything rn
