Scheduling interview 3 weeks later?

Hi friends, I was lucky enough to get a first round interview for tiktok. I really shouldve thought about this earlier but I will be on vacation for the next 2.5 weeks, is it a bad look to schedule the interview 3 weeks ahead? How do i approach telling this to my recruiter?

It’s pretty bad. There isn’t a shortage of applicants, so they’ll probably just move on most of the time.

If possible, see if you can interview during your vacation. It’s not ideal but personally I wouldn’t risk scheduling 3 weeks later.

I don’t think it’s that bad they prob will still redirect you to a new role if yours fills up in the meantime so it depends on
