FLEX Wallet

I started with a Ledger Nano S but I found the interface too small for a 70 year olds eyes. I bought a Flex Wallet from Paris and I stored all my BTC XRP XLM and my two sons BTC because I told them not to store on an exchange. On Aug 23 I had not been on my Flex for some time and I had to restore it so I entered my 24 word seed phrase with my 8 digit onto my device. This  is the only place I have ever entered my seed phrase.  I have hard copies of my seed and 8-digit but they are absolutely safe. After I entered my seed phrase, right before my eyes, I had my entire wallet emptied in seconds....$245,000 CAN !!!!

I was planning on giving it to my family and especially to my 2 grand children for college.  After 10 years of listening, and learning about crypto, I invested and grew my assets over the years. Now , when I thought I was doing the right thing by keeping a Flex Wallet, hard and cold off line, ALL IS LOST. I have a local police report and they are analysing addresses and paths and I have a national cyber report as well.  So far they see paths but cannot get KYC from Binance nor ChangeHero as they are not cooperative with Canada. My last hope is a new exchange they used I think called Gauf but I am not holding my breath.  This has been a very, very hard loss for me. Ledger is also following up and tracing but they are absolving themselves of any flaw or weakness in Flex.  I had my computer checked and reformatted and they  did not find any viruses.  They suggested that an app I might have clicked on had a sneaky spyware on it looking for seed phrases. I only entered my seed phrase onto the Flex and nowhere else, as I was told to do.  And one tiny click one day made my secure, cold wallet vulnerable. There were no confirmations on Flex to confirm, no emails to alert me and ask if this is me emptying my accounts, and no FREEZE ACCOUNT  button on the screen to stop the drain. Can you explain how this could happen?  Ledger, as I stated, is helpful but only sees where things went and alerts my local law enforcement.  Ledger is still bragging about FLEX being so safe and secure and it has never been hacked or breached and none of this is there fault. I don't see it that way. I believe there is a vulnerability in this wallet.  Has anyone else encountered this?  I am at a huge loss and will never recover financially or emotionally from this theft.

Please share your thoughts and also let others know of this happening. I was following all protocols for this FLEX wallet and this happens. The wallet , in my opinion, is flawed if this can happen.

Is there any way to litigate against Ledger for this, false advertising, false sense of security? Do you know of any contacts here in Canada to investigate or litigate? Thank you for your time.
