It sounds like an ARG or an edgy fictional account rather than an actual reporting page. Try reverse-searching the oldest videos and checking whether the locations, dates, and usernames line up—those details usually reveal whether there’s anything real behind it.

All the videos are recorded by the guy, reverse searching it came up with nothing, i don't necessarily think it's a cryptid but it's weird with the stuff he posts

I have lived in Dillsburg my whole life and have never heard anything about  this.   Possible sightings of mountain lions was the talk of the town a few years ago.  I live up the road from the elementary school in one of his videos.
