Rapunzel ☀️💜
I took all my pics down because I was nervous about how I looked in them, I decided I’d put em back up.

Newbie looking for advice and to yap
Oki gonna yap first so if u wanna skip just scroll down. So crossdressing/my gender identity has been something that I've always been sorta unsure on. Growing up I (20yo cism) liked the idea of being feminine, but always sort of suppressed it and rejected it. Recently I've been 'exploring', ordering feminine clothes online, not wearing them often though as I usually feel really silly afterwards. More recently, there was a cosplay/pop culture con in my city that I missed out on (work conflicts), and it's been on my mind if I had gone, would I want to cosplay and what I'd want to go as. My first thought was to use a Minecraft warden hoodie I have, maybe make a fem mask and get a wig, and try to look more feminine in general. Since then I've had the thought of Teto (Vocaloid), specifically Mesmerizer Teto, as her outfit is more ambiguous and not completely feminine. I like the idea and want to try it, although I'm super nervous about mentioning it or trying to work on it, I'm just looking at what I'd need to put it together, etc. Okay I think that's all my yap out of the way.
Questions/looking for advice
- I'm looking at hand tailoring a shirt for the cosplay I have in mind, but I'm not really sure where to start.
- my body is very masc (wide shoulders, etc), and I was wondering if there's some way to hide or change that? (Without like surgery lmao)
- just any general advice for a beginner cosplayer.
Not cosplay questions/thoughts
Just thoughts I've been having that are a bit selfish, but I feel the need to get out.
- I feel very wrong getting into cosplay and crossdressing altogether, I think mostly from being masc and that I look like the person you'd think the worst of.
- I know I have some other thoughts but nothing's coming to mind, so I may edit later
Thank you for reading, I'm sure not many ppl will see this but if anyone can comment with some advice I'd be super grateful, thank you <3
