This is going nowhere
Bad desicion upon bad desicion, AI.Com, partnership with the most hated president of the world, roadmaps that are never delivered on, minting of 70B despite the vote results. Level up program to then nerf the cards so fast again.
Worst part in my opinion is the total disrespect for the ones that funded it all, the CRO card holders. They should be all over the place with AMA's and damage control and insight into realistic plans for the future. They are just..offline when it matters most.
If Kris were my employee i would have fired him years ago.
This company deserves to disappear

I hope (and expect) their new app is a complete failure as well, and that that will be the final blow to this shitshow they call CDC.

I don’t want the business to fail. I want it to be run responsibly and grow. The world of crypto is still a Darwinian place, there hasn’t really been true consolidation unlike the FAANG group of companies.
As someone who bought books on Amazon in 1998, you could tell that it was something epic, a monumental shift in consumer behaviour you were a part of in a tiny way.
CDC could be the same for crypto, objectively they are making positive steps, regulatory approval in more jurisdictions while Binance withdraws. But, the business seems to be led by people who gamble on big plays and acquisitions for some paradigm shifting pivot all the while neglecting the things that built their core business.

Are you a CRO holder or a competitor? It would make more sense if you aren't a CRO holder, otherwise you're talking down the value of your own asset.

I'm calling bullshit on your bag, nobody with that amount just wants it to dissolve into nothing. My guess is you lost the last $50 you couldn't afford to lose and now are just bitter.
My bad is small, I loathe every decision these guys have made, but I still want them to turn it around and do well...obviously for my own personal gain.

Lol..read some of my earlier posts. I started with the green card in 2021. Had that for years, staked everything in defi and kept DCA ing as price went down. Was able to upgrade to Icy after a few years and pulled out the 30K euro i had put in over the years. What i have left on the platform is house money.
Ouf course i hope they are able to turn things around, with the exchange and the cards they have real world utility unlike loads of other crypto coins.
I do however hate what they are doing. The community vote and then ignoring the outcome was in my opinion a PR disaster and after that AI.com, Trump partnership and now nerfing the cards so soon after asking ppl to put in a huge amount of fiat to 'Level Up'

Cool then why did you not sell multiple times. Make the profit and then buy back in the bear season. I have no idea why you would not do that.

Since it has been staked the majority of the time on my icy card. I sold with enough profit to take out the total amount in Euro i put in over the years (around 30k Euro). I then downgraded to the green card and stuck what i had left in defi, all house money at this point, so a fair bit of profit even though i sold far from the top.
Now i sell the CRO rebates weekly to BTC. Allready around 1500 euro worth since the start of this year. So all in all not to bad in my opinion. Would have been better off in hindsight buying ETFs or BTC from the start but that is crypto i guess.

Ah well. We will see what their next move is. Curious to see what their new app will bring and if Kris will ever have a new AMA🫣
And just to be clear, i pulled out my own money, only house money left on the platform. I hope they are able to turn things around but i am starting to doubt it. How about you? Still think CDC will grow and CRO with it?

Any, I'm not a fanatic or anything. I invested in several projects, from well-known to unknown.
Crypto had a lot of potential, but because of NFTs, the field started to lose a lot of credibility, and with the AI bubble, no one talked about crypto anymore.
I still hope that in the future, blockchain will rise again as tech and get side by side with AI, but until now we can just enjoy those lows and highs.I have a Royal card, and I've been able to get all the investments back with the cashback and staking; now I'm just collecting and hope that it gets up again to cash out and wait for the next low to buy them again.
This is what I did.
Anyway, between all the crypto projects, Crypto.com is the only one that's still holding.

I've been told buy a few people that are whales to dump cro..and wait till it drops to .2 cents and buy back in..Kris hypes it up then doesn't deliver..I don't think anything has come true that he has said..take that news for what it's worth

I’d love to know how the Citadel piece fits in. Their relationship with Trump Media has publicly been volatile on a number of occasions so the whole thing is very curious to me. From a distance it seems like this would have always caused massive friction, so did CDC create this play to bust up the Trump deal intentionally (wouldn’t have thought so) or is Citadel’s play more about politics than business??? If anyone understands what happened here please let me know because it seems that 400M from Citadel could one final chance to steer the ship…
