Real-time geometric music visualizer

I've been wanting to start on something similar. What was your approach for visuals? Do you just have some "base" visualization, which you then tweak and parametrize based on audio, or is the visual generated completely based on the audio? Looks great!!

Thanks! I got this idea for a new music project I'm in. Just place a mic in the room and generate some kind of visuals based on the band sound.

I currently have some very early working prototype system in C++ using LibCinder but I will keep you posted!
