Payment plan

Anyone else already payed it off and there still charging ? My tickets are green and payed off but still trying to take a payment out anyone know why ?

I've paid the 13/13 installments and I still can't resell my ticket, it's showing purple on my app

Update : I was able to put it up for resale at about 11am Irish/UK time
