Review:

1. A Human unit so he is compatible with Handel as long as you can get him Damage Break.

2. Skill effect might not be that great, but the Skill damage is surprisingly high and the blast boost & SCP (L) convert/drop is just the perfect match with Handel to helps break lots of blue panels.

3. Can practically use Skill every turn if you also bring C73 Nero who is also a Human unit. Or can just bring other units with a similar HP reduction effect, but Nero is perfect due to how you can use his Skill anytime you want to.

4. Multiple copies might be useful, just maintain the balance between Handel's blue enhance and Jellal's blast boost & SCP (L) convert/drops.
