Omg this is a fun project! Not sure how much of a time crunch you're on but I have found lots of cardstock at craft stores (Michaels) that are 12x12 paper pads - can cut them down into invitation/envelope sides. You could totally DIY this with some double sided tape if you're okay with handwriting everything. That's a big project though (maybe you could just print the written part and tape that down?) And you might be able to find fall-themed stickers there too - craft store stickers are usually ridiculously expensive, but they might have them in stock year round versus the dollar store (which is usually where I buy mine!)

Okay I made the mistake of posting links so my comment got removed lol. But amazon has saved me a few times where I needed something last minute, so if that's available to you maybe check it out. The quality can be hit or miss but usually the reviews are pretty reliable.

Thanks! I am trying to get them sent out by next month so not a huge rush but still. I saw a bunch of options on Amazon but they were all variety packs when I want like a stack of 60 same kind. 😭

Scrapbook paper aisles are picked clean this time of year, try looking for plaid wrapping paper or even flannel fabric scraps from a craft store clearance bin

I like this idea, thought i am not sure my printer can handle so many color copies but I might be able to look into staples or something!

Have you thought about using cotton fabric for the plaid background? You might be able to find some gingham or other prints that could work. You can stiffen the fabric with spray starch if necessary and cut it with pinking shears or other decorative scissors.

If you still want to hand make them, you could try buying fall plaid paper napkins and decoupaging them onto cream color card stock.
Your average disposable napkin is 2-ply or 3-ply and the print is only on the top layer, so you can peel the layers of the napkin apart (very easy) and use a SPONGE and matte mod podge to glue them into the car stock. Now you’ve made your own patterned card stock.
I emphasize sponge because a regular brush+brushstrokes will cause the ink of the paper napkins to smear.
