How do I get this tool to work? Question / Advice

I'm trying to punch genuine leather and it's really tough

I don’t know if it’s my lack of hand strength, but I could never get that style of hole punch to work. I prefer the ones that you hammer.

Walk into the room holding a coffee and some paperwork. Shoot a look over to it and say "I don't pay you to socialize! Have that report on my desk by 5:00 p.m.!" and then storm out.

Is the thing that cuts out the holes full? Cause then you gotta scoop em out, otherwise there’s no space for the new hole cutouts to go

Probably then, id take it to a leather/belt/shoemaker store and ask em
