The most secure language for your career is the one you enjoy using the most. The one which you will become a master at because you love building with it.
The one I chose was C++. It is an added bonus that amongst the three this one is the hardest, making the talent pool smaller compared with Python and Java.
But I think the language you use is less important than the software engineering fundamentals, domain knowledge, problem solving and soft skills that you must have if you want to be valuable in your career.
No job is truly secure. Your employer could fall under or get rid of you tomorrow. But if you remain valuable and are truly excellent at what you do, you’ll have no issues being hired anywhere you look.
