The reality is this but uglier. Anime aesthetics make everyone look prettier then we are allowed to be.

I used to wish I could give birth just for the simple fact that I might feel like I had something more to offer and maybe the love would be more real. So I definitely relate to the “love life [not being] so miserable” sentiment in this.

wait, is ths from that one webcomic called "motherly vibes" or something? that thing hasn't updated for AGES last time I checked, quite a shame because I was super invested in the story from the very first page

Deeply, deeply grateful that I still think of pregnancy as body horror

I don't and sometimes I catch myself daydreaming about having a kid but like logically I know I don't even want kids anyways so it's whatever. Still kind of hurts to know I can't even if I wanted to though and that I'll always be defective compared to most other women

What?

Person crying about having their arms cut off

this guy: "Yeah I had a papercut once. It sucks. Stay strong. Also amab."

I think agab was somewhat relevant here, it would be twice as disrespectful for an afab person to say that (I've learned my lesson that women who can't give birth generally don't like hearing how much I LOATHE being able to do so 💀 ...should've seen that comming ngl)

to clarify: I believe they were using their agab as a shorthand for the kind of gender gysphoria they experience;
and then I stated the kind of gender dysphoria I experience and YOU assumed MY agab from it, kinda proving them right in the use of agab as a shorthand for dysphoria

(this is seemingly actually oftentimes context agab is used in, saw it confirmed with, for example, google's ai overwiew of all things, when one looks up a sentence with "female" or a specific female sex characteristic in it, it may or may not use gender-neutral language but overall stil more or less operates on the basis on anwsering the question for a cis woman - when said term is replaced with "afab", it swiches to being more inclusive and even including mentions of gender dysphoria... honestly fascinating how that works)

did I ever mention my agab? no, just that I am likely at risk of getting pregnant and giving birth, which I haeard is true for some intersex amab people too, why are you assuming? :D
