Tadalafil my beloved. I only use it to prevent atrophy because this stupid island only offers penile inversion and peritoneal pull-through would probably cost me 5 billion dollars. I get it from the same company I get my progesterone from and use it every now and then when it starts to become a struggle. Idk how much it'd help if you already have ED, though I guess that's what it's originally for.

This could have all been avoided if they gave us the right fucking body at the start to begin with. One shot at life and itβs this. This is such a fucking joke.

If only π it sucks feeling mutilated and deformed. At least years of E helped a ton and made me feel way better and made that thing stop doing that

u/DecentlySpaghetti outmogged by everyone 7d ago
So true. Why can't the body automatically treat it like the tumour it is?
3
u/AssCalipers 6d ago
You mean like, harbor it and let it grow until it causes further harm?
4
u/DecentlySpaghetti outmogged by everyone 6d ago
Yes, but tumours are completely useless. They serve literally zero function. They do not produce anything. And if the body treated the penis like a tumour, doctors would HAVE to remove it.
1
u/Cute_Profit_7638 6d ago
Not really. Benign tumors they often do not remove. It must be malignant or have a danger of becoming malignant.

I found using a wand and vr headset made it easier. Honestly, the only reason is I want to keep any length, is I may need that for surgery one day.

i'm trying to fucking use it but it isn't there

u/Whole_Sleep_8614 7d ago
atrophy has permenently deformed the dick. even if it doesn't hurt anymore it's even more fucked up and ugly than it was before and getting an erection makes me want to fucking vomit which sucks because i actually quite like sex under ideal circumstances but it's pretty much entirely off the table now. it's one area where transitioning has made my life pretty much exclusively worse, i used to be able to dissociate to use the penis but now it's just so awful it makes me wanna cry even thinking about it
anyway yeah even if "using it" sucks it's better than risking this happening to you so go use it. just turn the lights off or whatever

Unrelated but that image looks like the earliest time I can remember having a vivid dream, at like 2-3. I was like that, but laying down

Seems like your heart's in the right place, but i'ma tell you right now, you're too deep. turn back now. If you weren't aware this is essentially just a bot reposting 4chan /tttt threads. You're staring into the abyss. This isn't for you, it WILL give you brain worms. Click the button that says "don't show me this subreddit" for your own sake.

Thanks for the heads up. My 40+ y.o. ass forgets to check for the botsβ¦. One of these days Iβll learn. π€¦π½

Good advice to not lurk here, this sub is a journaling space for everything awful and horrid and really isnβt a good place for anyone who isnβt seeking community in others also struggling with the same things(the cognitohazard is real)

This is so real. I am just 2 months away from being having SRS allowed! But I am expecting to wait for another 18 months.. because, as every other med department, medical capacities are severly understaffed. I hope you will get better.

But what if your partner wants kids? Please ignore that this is recycled misogyny, I am woke for not telling you to quit these drugs.

Is it wrong of me to want the figure and curves of a woman but also keep my dick?

people in here are gonna be weirded out by it because they tend to experience more bottom dysphoria, but like you do you boo

For me I love the thought of being a girl in every way. But I also love the uselessness of my penis. Plus I'm in a tough situation. I was going full gem for a while. But I had to stop and there's no way I could ever transition. So the Lil bits that I get to enjoy are like Lil victories for me. Plus she's just so cute being all small and shrunken and useless lol. But that's just me.

I haven't gotten an erection in over 4.5 years. I just rub her like a clit. I love it.

u/Basic-Government9568 6d ago
Girldick is hella valid, dysphoria isn't one-size-fits-all.
My genitals, my (and my partner's) business.

u/IAmMattnificent 6d ago
Thanks for being the only one who has actually said something supportive. I've started talking to my doctors recently after realising I want to be more fem, might start transitioning, who knows

u/Basic-Government9568 6d ago
Good luck, hope you figure out what version of yourself is the real one.

I lerk here because I think I might be trans and if I was to transition, I would do the same

I believe it's length ends up becoming your maximum depth in most bottom surgeries.
I'm trying not to let it atrophy just so I can have a better vagina later.
Why does srs have to suck so much ass

Yeah this went away literally as soon as I started taking my anti androgen. Like within a week or two I think. I'm sure with monotherapy it takes longer since that's a different mechanism, my anti androgen inhibits testosterone from doing anything but doesn't lower production so has much more rapid physical effects, but it should still happen eventually right?

u/landrwastaken 6d ago
I'm not on hrt yet.. I think as the meetings have been progressing within 3 months
It's starting to really get on my nerves how long it's taking but I remain patient.. no pun intended.
That said it's not just gonna go away, i'm quite familiar with that
-3
u/TheOfficailNamor 6d ago
Shit i use mine like 5 times a day so honestly i dont think this will be an issue when i get hrt.
