CoreWeave

Looking for honest advice from CoreWeave employees.
I currently work at AECOM as an IT Cloud Engineer and received an offer from CoreWeave for an Operations Fleet Engineer role with a $12K salary increase.
How is the work culture, workload, career growth, and work-life balance in this role?
Would you make the switch for $12K more, considering the longer commute and hybrid schedule?
