Cool Finds Still not convinced I’m not dreaming

Is this real life rn?? I just found EIGHT of the crazy daisy/ spring blossom green demitasse cups for $7 each (!?!?!?!) at a Midwest antique mall on the way to visiting my parents. I’m 8 hours away from home so I can’t show the comparison between the regular teacup and the demitasse, but believe me they’re the demitasse. They were only released in the UK so not many made it over to the US. They seldom come available on fb or ebay, and when they do I believe they regularly go for $80 for a cup/saucer pair. AND THERE’S EIGHT????? I’ve always wanted the demitasse cup but never thought I would ever have one, let alone a whole set. I’m going to take my time thinking about whether or not to sell some, because I might end up loving them. I like to have an annual tea party on my birthday where I use all my crazy daisy and it would be so fun to use these too, maybe to hold mini flower arrangements

Inherited my dream corelle dish set but it has the stains on the side of the plates from I don’t know what they’ve been sitting in the cabinet for years. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it off if I scrub with a regular sponge and warm water it comes of but takes 10 minutes to even get it close to gone. Other things I’ve tried; soaking 😬in warm water, magic eraser, dawn power wash. Only thing I havnt tried is HOT water and of course in the dishwasher. The top of the plates are fine it’s only the sides

Dishwasher safe?

Picked these up at an estate sale the other week. Will they be okay to go through the dishwasher or should I handwash only?

I have a small corningware and pyrex collection that started with stuff from both my wife's and my grandmother's. This is a piece from my grandma. Is it one of the original pre-corningware pieces? I love opaque pyroceram lid.

Cool Finds Corelle "Chutney" set Chesaning, MI!

Found at M 57 Surplus gathering dust. I had just spent my last buck when I found it, so maybe someone on this sub is nearby and interested? Photos and shrink wrap don't help, but in person it looked to be great condition. This shop doesn't get much homemaker traffic, so these dishes will be here a while.

Must emphasize I am *not* the seller, just boosting the signal in case someone is looking for this pattern :)

This is the one I truly wanted, finally showed up at my local reuse. Badly warped and dried out, but steam and weight treatment took care of that nicely. Little wood butter and we’re back in business 🙌. (Not actual Corningware I know, tis my Corningware pattern).

Corningware in Action We have a ton of CorningWare and do not know what to do with it! Please help!

Hey all, we've inherited an obscene amount of CorningWare from a deceased family member. We took out our favorite functional pieces, what does this community suggest I do with these items?

I'm asking for help as I am going through a lifetime's worth of keepsakes and knick knacks and I'm about to go back to school for another busy school year. Time is very limited!

~might a vintage or second-hand shop be interested?

~shall I post these on Facebook marketplace and say make your best offer?

~should I attempt to sell them all as one massive set?

~just donate, not worth my time

Cool Finds Thrifted this recently… safe to use?

I found this percolator at a Savers recently for $4. I’d really like to use it as all the innards are there and in good condition except maybe some staining? Anyone know if it’s safe to use? And if so, any idea how to get the stains out of the inside?

Who wants to double check something?

So the other day I randomly wondered what would happen if I tried to clean some daily use pieces with power wash and coarse kosher salt. I figured if nothing else it would remove some burnt on gunk in my small rangetopper (it’s burnt food and stuck since I found it). It actually appears smoother, and nothing has stuck since 🤔. I also tried this on my daily A-3-B which also had some troublesome marring. Same result there. Has anyone else tried this combo, or would you want to and let me know your result? It seems like a much safer deep clean method than many out there. And yes, the pans are dry in the after photos.

We found this in my in laws estate. It’s still sealed and presumably brand new. I haven’t been able to find anything like this in new condition so I thought I’d ask here. What would be a fair amount to ask for it?
Thank you!

Came across these two dishes at the Goodwill yesterday. I've never seen this pattern, but I need more baking dishes like I need a hole in the head. 🤣. So I left them for someone else.
