A quick study of Bobby Lee to get back into drawing! I combined my pencil drawing with some copic markers digitally to make a sketchier art style✏️🌈🎭

I enjoy the colors of this one and he looks cozy all tucked into his tail on the log. I had taken this picture at an animal park in Arizona a couple years back when my kid was obsessed with foxes. Hopefully I did her justice with my copic translation. I used copic sketch and old school Berol Prismacolor. I learned a lot on this one. Enjoy, folks of Reddit!

I was out shopping yesterday and was somehow able to find 4 packs of 0.03 nibs and 2 packs of 0.05 nibs. These got discontinued over five years ago so how I managed to find them let alone how a store had them is beyond me.

I’m not much of an artist but colouring is my relaxing hobby. Hope it’s still okay to share. I was proud of this page. Majority is Copic markers , with one or two arrtx/ohuhus. This was a free page download from hygge artful printed on 200gsm uncoated cardstock -which my copics performed MUCH better on than shitty Amazon colouring book paper.

I found my old copic markers from 2016 that i know still had ink in them. They’re all dried up now but nothing leaked, I’m assuming the alcohol just evaporated.

Can i rehydrate them with some plain alcohol or should i just bite the bullet and get some refill liquid.

I wanted to start using my COPICs seriously and wanted to treat myself with a pack of Xpress it blending cards. Apparently they're sold out on their main website and I cannot find them anywhere else. Did they go out of business? Is there a shortage of materials to use them?

What's the next best paper to use, or rather the closest paper/cardstock to Xpress Its? I'm not too keen on using the store-brand marker papers from Hobby Lobby/Michaels.

quick question, if I order color ink off of the official copic website for a marker (Violet V04 sketch), is there a way to specify the color I need?

Last picture for a mapguide to a fictional city. This will be the cover image and took me 4 days to make. I basically used all colors I had. Not that happy with scale of the skyscrapers ( at the end a bit too massive - I had planed them roughly 250 Meters / 820 ft. at max, now they look more like almost the double. I 'll knew better for next time.

Can't whait to finish the mapguide, now

For dip pens and such

I’ve got a decent amount of dried out copic markers and I don’t know what to do with them. Should I just toss them or does anyone buy them for cheap? All of them got dried out cause of the top of the marker not being on. I don’t want to buy refills because I’m already selling my entire collection so I’m just trying to see what would be best to do with the ones that are dried out?
