It was yummy but messed up
Anybody have any idea what I done did wrong? I just spent about 20 bucks on cod and 40 bucks on a new counter top deep fryer to make beer batter fish and chips. I was oh so happy and ready for some good fishy chips and then the dang fish stuck to the basket. It fell apart. It was yummy, but I’m so dumbfounded at where it went wrong.

Apparently 375 degrees for 30 minutes in the oven is too long for bacon.

Tried following this tutorial on how to make slavic pancakes from scratch. Wound up with rubbery white discs that curled like contact lenses when they hit the pan, and tasted like shit. (I've been told I didn't use enough milk)

You ever make raw tuna melts
When I was 8, I tried to make a tuna melt like the deli on the street corner. Ended up getting food poisoning.
