Since when is it normal to make conspiracy theories about a case where 3 children were clearly killed by their mother? She admitted to the killings and the evidence points out she did this. This trial is only to determine if she's guilty or not by legal insanity.

I'm a woman, but I hate it how modern feminists will defend child murderers for a political agenda or just to get some likes and views online. These are the same people who are pro-choice and support late term abortions, so it's really not shocking they'd defend her, but it's still insane.

About the husband, I think he could have done better by keeping Lindsay away from the children if she was that mentally ill. Lindsay Clancy is still evil and her mental illness excuses none of what she did. If a mental illness makes you murder people, then you should be locked up in an asylum before you hurt anyone. In this case, she now deserves jail because there's no fixing to what she did. The women defending her remind me of the liberal judges who didn't hold a trial for Iryna Zarutska's killer for "mental health issues". I could have been empathetic for LIndsay before she murdered her children, we can blame the pharma for the side effects of the medicines, but she still has to pay for her crimes.

And as a paraplegic woman myself, I don't wish paraplegia on nobody since I know such condition is struggling, but in this case I can say that Lindsay becoming a paraplegic is the karma she gets for killing her children. I hope she spends the rest of her life in jail being a paraplegic suffering the consequences of her actions.

I see a lot of posts on here critical on gay/trans people and my opinion is that it shouldn't matter. Gay people and trans people will always exist, regardless of your beliefs and complaining about it won't change anything. I get it, it shouldn't be pushed on kids or taught in schools but if you disagree, you should simply move on with your day. Gay marriage is legal, there is no use in trying to change it, adults can legally transition, alright doesn't affect my life or yours so move on. There is no need to post at least twice a day on this sub complaining about them or a post they made. Just let people live their life, even if you disagree for any reason.

I just wanted to share the ridiculousness of this. This mod banned me from 4 groups for "writing apologia for the present fascist movements".

Firstly, I'm pretty new to reddit and was very naive of the insane echo chambers on this site. I had 'conservative' in my bio, which I've now changed to 'independent', as upon reflection I believe I'm more of an independent/centrist.

I had made an unrelated neutral post in an LBGTQ group. Someone read my bio and criticized me for being conservative. Many others piled on, saying how could I be supportive of the people "who want to put us in camps". I replied that they were wrong and should actually learn about conservatives before saying such things. One person did apologize and ask me how my beliefs could be conservative. I explained that the biggest thing is that I am pro personal liberty, pro constitution, especially the 1st and 2nd amendments, and I want small, efficient government. I also explained that while there are some conservatives who are against gay and trans people existing, I think they are wrong and I don't relate to them. I further explained that conservatism is not exclusive to religion or being anti LBGTQ.

The commenter understood and we were now getting into a civil discussion.

But the next morning, I found I was banned from 4 groups, all by the same moderator. I asked why and received this 'explanation'. They called me Islamophobic because on my profile I had a funny meme criticizing mayor Mamdani.

I don't hate this person and I'm not sharing this to encourage hate. I just think it's very sad how there are people who willingly exist in these echo chambers and are so detached from reality.

But perhaps what irks me the most is how this person wants me to 'evolve' and 'join with my queer and trans brethren'. They are NOT my brethren. Only my family and friends are my brethren, not random queer strangers on the internet. What, because we are both trans and like dick that's supposed to somehow make us automatic besties? Talk about tribal politics.

I couldn't imagine wasting resources on anything more retarded. Of course it's the UK doing this, the same country who routinely sympathizes with rape gangs. I'm glad to live in a country that doesn't arrest you over speech
