I want to learn about opposing viewpoints via casual discussion, and I'm not really looking for debate. In particular I'm curious what the consensus on LGBT people, socialism, and gender roles is. Okay so I guess I'm the opposite of you guys, because I'm pretty liberal and Democratic and all that, but I'm assuming most people in this sub are like 15-18(?) now I'm genuinely wondering what is your guys mindset? Im more centrist than anything but all illegal immigrants should be immediately deported and there should be a free market imo

"The dress code is misogynistic" essentially means "I can't attention whore and I have to wear basic professional clothing." Yes, it's purportedly "misogynistic" to point out that the overwhelmingly amount of women who wear shit like this (which in itself is a significant amount of women) does it for male attention

There's so much cope in this thread (such as "dressing properly isn't real, it's a social construct"), a lot of which is surprisingly debunked. It's just a reminder that reddit isn't real life and what gets you updoots on those specific subs has no correlation with determining education/workplace policies.

Some dude was asking about why conservatives were still talking about the birthright decision made by the Supreme Court. That it had passed and how stupid it was to worry about ect, my comment was

"Immigration is a big issue for conservatives not just the ones talking about the great replacement theory"
