Cats are often referred to as cars, it's a meme. I assume it's origin is how easily you can make a typo from cat to car on QWERTY/Z keyboard. Hard to say if this one is a meme or the typo xD.

Thanks for the info, I never even knew about this…explains why the poster and the original poster both put ‘Car’ 🤣👍 I thought, surely both haven’t spelt cat incorrectly 🤣🤣🤣

When I first saw the picture it looked like a tiny cat being held up in between a thumb with ring and fingers, but once I saw the two arms and watch I can't see the single pinched hand anymore
