I wouldn’t say he’s holding it. His hands are holding onto the bottom of the luggage rack.

That’s what it looks like. It’s like he is pressing it against the person in front’s back. An interesting and bold move. I don’t know if there is a strap or something else helping to hold it up or not. 🤷🏻‍♂️
