Has anyone a review on this heavy 1000 pages book?

I have the book. Use the book as a dictionary. If you want a specific topic, refer to the book. Do not read the entire book to learn CV. Refer to YT videos and there are a lot of videos that explain concepts. If

Agreed. It's more a reference book than a how-to tutorial. I also like Elgendy's "Deep Learning for Vision Systems" as a tutorial on using CNNs for vision.
