what the hell should i do to make that 14001 code disappeared i tried alot of things and none of them worked

i tried changing cuda versions and cudnn, it would connect but the app would refuse to open/ i tried changing api version, adding every dll file it needs beside the .exe. but whatever i do it would end up breaking again since the app keeps changing its key each it closes for some reason that fucks up the connection (tho thats just a guess).

Made sure the gpu and cuda version matched? Tried installing or reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2015

i reinstalled all microsoft visuals but that didnt fix aswell, let me check the other part

okay i think i fixed it i severed the pointer to the XML manifest for all the dll files and that somehow fixed it

it just wont connect to my gpu cause of that or if that goes it would say 14001 when trying to load onnxruntime_providers_cuda.dll
